Adding Users & Alerts to Apex Fusion


Add a User To Apex Fusion

  1. Click on the “users” icon at the top of your dashboard Apex Users
  2. Click on the “add user” icon on the top/right side of the page Apex Add User
  3. Enter our user name (KevLake2005) and grant “Control” powers (or “View” if you just want me to review your settings)
  4. Please email us back when you’re done so we can double check that it worked

 


Alerts and Notifications

  • Alerts and notifications can be sent to an email, or via text message to AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon
  • For email notifications, an Aquaria Guru employee must be in their email to relay the verification code
  • For notifications to work, conditions must be pre-programmed into your controller (ex. if temperature exceeds 80, then send an alert)

Add a Notification

  1. Apex Add NotificationHover over your user name (top/right corner of screen) and click “Settings
  2. Hover over the monitor icon and select “Notification” in the drop-down menu
  3. Click the + icon on the top/right side of the screen
  4. Select “Email” and then enter our email address
  5. Click “Ok” and a code will be sent to the recipient for confirmation
  6. The code from the confirmation email (or text message) must be entered right away. If you close the confirmation code box on your internet browser, a new code will need to be sent.
  7. After the code was entered, send a test email by clicking on the orange gear icon and select “Test
